From a Vision to Mumbai's Trusted Finance Partner
Finstone Capital Advisors was born from a simple but powerful belief: that real estate developers deserve financial advisory that is truly expert, deeply connected, and genuinely client-first. Founded by Mr. Manish Mehtta and Mrs. Tripti Mehtta, Finstone emerged from two decades of hands-on experience inside India's leading financial institutions. Having worked at the highest levels of structured finance and investment management, the founders saw a clear gap — developers needed an advisor who understood both the finance world and the realities of real estate project execution. Since inception, Finstone has grown into a 15-member specialist team, serving over 23 marquee developer clients across Mumbai, structuring deals across construction finance, LAP, LRD, approval funding, and last-mile capital — at every stage of the project lifecycle.
